"Who is Responsible for the Identity Theft"

In this situation, Under the current laws, The one who is responsible of this "Identity Theft", For me it would be the credit card holders, because as I know in this situation the credit card holders could not be scammed if he/she would be to gullible of his/her personal belongings, such as their credit card, bank account and password by giving it to any unknown sites in the internet and ending it up to the wrong hands, as now we call the Identity Theft. We cant sat that laws should be change just to stop this Identity Theft, and i think maybe the consumers is the one who should change their behavior or attitude. because the cant blame the laws of their own mistakes by being so clumsy of holding their personal stuff.

The appropriate punishment for this Identity Theft, for me maybe the appropriate punishment in this crime would be lock up in prison till death or as we called life in prison. Because as we know in this kind of crime, the thieves could get so much in this kind of scamming. And in the international nature of the internet, we can handle this kind of scamming by not falling for their crazy talk of making you give your account in this thieves, in this way thieves could not scam anyone if their is no people that would let themselves scammed, I advise to those credit card holders, that they should not be to gullible in this kind of scamming, because as I see in the internet, their is so many scamming running out, in addition, don't be to enjoy playing games in the internet, because some scammers uses games to scam people.
